Add Blockchain Address

Use this endpoint to add specific blockchain addresses to Wyre Wallets. For example, Algorand and Mobilecoin wallet addresses do not come default after creating a wallet, but when using this endpoint, the user can add those specific chains to a Wyre wallet.
