Attach Blockchain to Payment Method

Give a payment method its own blockchain addresses for instant liquidation

The blockchain to attach (can be BTC, ETH, ALL, or multiple currencies with commas e.g. BTC,ETH)

The webhook URL that will be notified of any changes in status for transfers involving this blockchain attachment

Defaults to false

When true indicates that the resulting transfers should not dispatch email notifications
